Paul launched his career in finance after earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Florida in 1996. He also earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Finance and Securities Law from Rollins College in 1998.

Prior to founding Massey Romans Capital in 2022, Paul spent twenty-four years at Raymond James & Associates as a Senior Investment Advisor and Branch Manager where he managed over a billion dollars in client assets. His clients include retirees, business owners, professional athletes and non-profit institutions.

Within his community, Paul has served as the Finance Chairperson for Indian River County United Way, IRC Mental Health Association board member, Member IRC Estate Planning Council, President of Diamond Booster Club, Educational speaker at Indian River State College, and coached multiple Little League, travel baseball and youth soccer teams.

Paul is happily married to his wife Jennifer of twenty plus years and has two children, Cooper and Marley. He enjoys golfing, boating, hunting, coaching youth sports and spending time with his family.
